94 OFW complete livelihood courses in Brunei

The program, which includes basic computer and baking courses, were conducted while observing Brunei’s health protocols and safety guidelines.

A total of 94 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) in Brunei completed the livelihood courses of the Philippine government’s reintegration program in ceremonies held on 14 December.

The program, which includes basic computer and baking courses, were conducted while observing Brunei’s health protocols and safety guidelines.

A total of 41 OFW completed the basic computer course held from 1 November to 5 December in partnership with the Cosmopolitan College of Commerce and Technology, while 53 completed the basic baking course conducted by Abegael Vinluan, a Filipino baker in the Sultanate.

Philippine Ambassador to Brunei Christopher Montero encouraged the graduates to use the knowledge they gained for employment opportunities.
