A female suspect wanted by the Valenzuela City Police allegedly involved in the sensational killing of a motorist in Valenzuela last October was arrested Tuesday in Pampanga.
Northern Police District (NPD) Director PBGen Eliseo dela Cruz announced the arrest of Joe-Ann Cabatuan, 31, resident fo Martinez Homes, Ulingan West Lawang Bato, Valenzuela. She was nabbed at 5p.m. in barangay Lourdez in Minalin, Pampanga based on an arrest warrant issued against her and five others by Judge Snooky Maria Ana Bareno-Sagayo, of Valenzuela regional trial court branch 283.
Dela Cruz was the third suspect arrested by the police who were behind the robbery-slay of Niño Hernando last 9 October. Police are still in hot pursuit of three other suspects.
Two prime suspects in the killing identified as Edgar Matis Batchar and Cpl. Michael Bismar Castro had been arrested earlier.
Hernando was shot and robbed of over P440,000 cash he was carrying and the motorcycle he was riding during the incident. Two men onboard a motorcycle attached the victim.
