The US presidential election is  just around the corner.

And there’s this particular presidentiable who piqued the interest of fellow gearheads all over America for being one certified car enthusiast himself.

In fact, he might even probably win the favor of this particular gearhead population—not just in his country—but the world over. And with everything on the line against a formidable opponent, this would likely boost his chances of winning that particular position at the helm of the world’s most powerful government.

For the uninitiated, former US Vice President Joe Biden is a true blue car guy—and fellow automobile enthusiasts love him for it. Thanks to his father who owned a car dealership in his home town Delaware.

As proof, the following are five of his most-loved cars.

1. 1967 Goodwood Green Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

The 327-horse powered 1967 Goodwood Green Chevrolet Corvette Stingray which his children restored as a gift to him.

2. Chrysler 300D

This was the car he borrowed from his father for his prom night ages ago.

3. Mercedes-Benz 190 SL

Mercedes-Benz 190 SL which girls, not just gearheads, love.

4. Chevrolet Corvette Z06

Biden was hailed the “Burnout King” when he performed a trick using this Chevrolet Corvette Z06 in one of the government driveways back when he was still the vice president.

5. Chevrolet Genovation GXE

Biden is admittedly fond of American muscle cars. And as they say, “you are defined by the car you drive”.

With this, he might just be what America needs these days to muscle through their various ongoing crises.
