Briones dismayado sa viral photos ng mga teachers na nasa bubong para sa internet connection

Dismayado si Education Secretary Leonor Briones sa ginawang drama gamit ang umano’y mga litrato ng mga guro na nasa bubong ng Sto. Nino National High School  para makakuha ng mas magandang koneksyon sa internet sa pagmomonitor ng kanilang mga estudyante sa pagbubukas ng klase.

Idinagdag ni Briones na reenactment lamang ang mga serye ng litrato na naging viral sa social media at iniulat sa media.

“It did not happen on October, but it was reported that it is happening on 5 October,” sabi ni Briones lingguhang virtual “Handa Isip, Handa Bukas” press briefing.

Dumipensa rin si Brionrs kung bakit inabot ng isang linggo bago siya naglabas ng pahayag.

“Undersecretary [Nepomuceno] Malaluan visited the school and he talked to people and he gathered information because we want that the data we get are complete,” sabi ni Briones.

“And then the expectations are probably long because the response of the netizens seems to have aroused the interest and indignation on the public. I realized that we need a full explanation although we really have plans by Monday—this Monday—will spend more time on this particular issue. Not only on this issue but other incidence which are attributed to DepEd,” dagdag ni Briones.
