Leading automotive manufacturer Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has restarted its Santa Rosa, Laguna, plant production after temporarily halting operations to comply with quarantine guidelines due to the coronavirus pandemic.

All reporting employees were briefed on the safety guidelines and measures. The overall workforce works on single-shift operation within the 50-percent cap mandated under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).

As of Wednesday, 66 out of the 70 Toyota dealer outlets nationwide have resumed operations.

Due to social distancing measures in showrooms, customers are encouraged to set an appointment before visiting their nearest dealers. The TMP dealers’ directory can be accessed at https://toyota.com.ph/dealer.

Services also resumed in the following service centers:
·         Toyota Alabang Service Center
·         Toyota Shaw Service Center
·         Toyota North EDSA Service Center
·         Toyota Davao Body and Paint Center
·         Toyota Negros Occidental Service Center
