Manila students get hygiene kits

At least 275,000 students in Manila will be receiving hygiene kits from the local government of Manila along with food packs set to be delivered this coming week, according to its Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso.

In a meeting with the Manila City Schools Division, Division of City Schools Property and 107 school principals in the city, Domagoso noted that the kits that will be distributed is preparation for the coming school year.

Receiving the kits are students from kinder up to grade 12 and it will be distributed through the school’s principals, adding that it will be delivered next week.

For the proper distribution of the said kits and food packs, Domagoso said that the students’ names should be included in the data base of the school and city officials are expecting that all principals of the 72 public elementary schools and 35 high schools should submit their data base this coming Tuesday.
