The essence of a beautiful Valentine’s Day rendezvous lies not only in the finest details, but also the dining experience and the impeccable service that comes with it.

Lemuria Restaurant and Wine Bar introduces its classic set menu curated to befit the special occasion.

Dinner, with a French-Mediterranean flair, starts with the hors d’œuvre of mini gougeres stuffed with herbed cream cheese, followed by pan seared foie gras that comes with homemade brioche toast, apricot chutney and apples. The sumptous meal is followed by cheese croutons, fried basil and vanilla cream which reminds guests of the rich flavors that make each of the dishes exquisite.

For the main course, Lemuria unveils its mouthwatering 10-hour braised short ribs dish served with cauliflower puree, roasted mushrooms, chimichurri and parsley oil. A soft shell crab dish with arugula, macerated cherry tomatoes, remoulade and parmesan shards will satisfy anyone’s palate shortly after.
