Please be advised that Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport has been declared closed since 6:30 p.m. on 12 January 2020, Sunday, until further notice due to volcanic ash emissions that have reached the skies of Metro Manila and other areas in Luzon.
The temporary closure of the Manila Airport is based on official announcements from the airport authority and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.
The following flights have been declared CANCELLED for the safety of passengers.

We are coordinating with the aviation authority on the status of Clark International Airport, which may also be affected by the ash emissions.
If you are an affected passenger with a confirmed booking, you have the option to rebook or refund your ticket within 30 days from your original flight date with rebooking and refunding service fees waived. (Fare difference charges will be waived provided that rebooking is on same cabin class.) Rerouting will be subject to PAL’s rerouting zonal rules.
