Survivor Israel, a famous reality television show in the country, has found its way back in the Philippines for its 2020 spectacle.

According to the Department of Foreign Affairs, the hit TV series will be trooping back to the majestic islands of Caramoan in the province of Camarines Sur.

“We are very pleased with the production crew from the Philippines with whom we have been working for so many years now,” said Gregory Bekermen, the show’s executive producer.

“Filipinos are truly a warm, hospitable and skilled people, and their knowledge of the English language gives them the advantage of working easily with foreigners,” the producer added.

Bekerman said he had his first taste of the beautiful Caramoan back in 2009 and has, since then, decided that it is the best location for Survivor Israel.

In 2010, two seasons of the reality show were shot at the grounds of Caramoan.

During the show’s 2017 season, the production  went back to the Philippines and shot in Palawan.

The show continued its love affair with the Philippines’ hidden secrets as the production returned to Caramoan for its 2018 and 2019 seasons.

Caramoan, though, is no stranger in this kind of setup. The area has hosted the US version in two consecutive seasons (Survivor: Philippines and Survivor: Caramoan), the Serbian version for two consecutive seasons and the Israeli version for three consecutive seasons (Survivor: The Philippines; Survivor: Fans vs. Survivors; Survivor: Camarines).

Bulgarian Survivor also filmed its fourth season in Caaramoan in May to July 2009.
