Adobong Manok

1/2 chicken, chopped
1/2 kilo porkloin
3 pcs. chopped garlic
3 cups water
1.5 cups vinegar
3 pcs. Bay leaf
1 tbsp. salt

Preheat the pan. Place the chicken and pork in the pan. Pour in the water and vinegar before adding the garlic, pepper and bay leaf. Season with salt and stir.

Cover and cook over slow medium heat until the soup thickens. Separate the chicken and pork from the sauce before shredding.
