Mara Aquino, television sportscaster and courtside reporter for the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), recently signed a contract with Jardine Distribution Inc. (JDI) as its 2020 calendar girl.
The contract signing — held 24 May at the Chateau 1771 in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig — was witnessed by Joven Vilvestre, VP for Sales Construction Supplies Division; Edwin Hernandez, JDI president; Peachy C. Tiu, AVP for Marketing Construction Supplies Division and Joevic Pasit, VP for Sales Agro Products Division.
Aquino is set to pitch for JDI’s trusted agricultural products that include, but are not limited to, rice seeds, vegetable seeds, corn seeds, fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, molluscicides, plant growth regulators, biostimulants, and soil conditioners and aerators.
Known for quality crop nutrition and crop protection, JDI’s agro-products have always been the trusted brands in the market and as one of the faces of Solignum’s 65-year anniversary, Aquino will figure prominently in the brand’s milestone-related activities.
