The Philippine Army sealed its partnership with St. Luke’s Medical Center Friday, paving the way for world-class medical expertise for soldiers and their dependents.
No less than PA Commanding General, Lt. Gen. Macairog S. Alberto was on hand to sign the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Army and St. Luke’s Medical Center President, represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Arturo S. de la Peña held in Taguig City.
Said MoU ratifies the hospital’s provision of medical services to all active Army personnel and their dependent children, spouse, and parents.
“The medical services that we [the command] can provide is limited. We are very happy that you are offering us these packages, discounts, and services. These will motivate the troops more to work in serving our people and securing our land,” Alberto said.
Through the initiative, SLMC will provide the beneficiaries with discounts applicable to certain services and packages at St. Luke’s Medical Center Global City and Quezon City.
