Literally meaning “mixed” in the Italian tongue, a refashioned Misto Restaurant will soon be savored in Seda’s branch at the heart of Bonifacio Global City, shared the hotel recently.
“This Misto outlet was designed to meet the surging demand for premier facilities in this rapidly growing business district,” said Andrea Mastellone, Seda senior group general manager, on what prompted the shaping of Misto restaurant BGC branch.
Misto restaurant serves a wide variety of all-embracing cuisines that remain true to their origins.
A few of those that customers can experience at Seda’s expanded daily buffet are premium beef cuts and fresh prawns grilled to perfection, Napoletana pizza and Indian dishes fresh from the tandoori oven.
To provide an engaging and fun experience to diners, Misto Restaurant will also amplify a show kitchen and interactive food stations in a bigger and better space.
“We enjoy seeing our diners get more than their peso’s worth,” said Romualde “Pepe” Castillo, Seda’s corporate executive chef. Castillo is a master of the Filipino palate with more than 30 years of experience.
Although Misto will undergo major changes, Castillo assured regulars that their bestselling Osso Bucco lamb shanks, grilled cedar plank salmon, lasagna, crispy tadyang and bagnet will still be offered in the all-new Misto restaurant.
He likewise mentioned that the breakfast buffet will retain its fresh and appetizing selections while also offering hearty breakfast choices sought out by guests from different countries.
The refurbished restaurant can now hold up to 220 guests, more than six times its original capacity.
