Angat water level drops further

Published
3 years agoon

As expected, the water level in Angat Dam dropped some more as heavy rains continued to elude the Bulacan watershed.
From 159.78 meters on Saturday, Angat is at 159.43m as of 6 a.m. on Sunday, 23 June–still below the critical level of 160m.
Longer hours of water interruption service begin today, according to Manila Water and Maynilad, due to reduced allocation from the National Water Resources Board.
Some 90% of Metro Manila residents rely on Angat for their water supply.
