The Association for Philippine China Understanding (APCU) will hold a forum on Philippine strategies and solutions to the disputes in the West Philippine Sea and South China Sea (WPS/SCS) at the Astoria Plaza in Ortigas Center, Pasig City on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
National Security Adviser Sec. Hermogenes Esperon Jr. and University of the Philippines Professor of Political Science and Executive Director of Stratsearch Foundation Inc., Dr. Clarita Carlos, are the discussants in the forum.
The forum topic is timely with the recurring tension in the WPS/SCS.
