Nicanor Faeldon Jr., the son of Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Nicanor Faeldon, was charged Saturday with operating and maintaining a drug den.
Faeldon Jr. was charged with violating Republic Act 9165 or Section 6 (Maintenance of a Den) of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 by the Naga City police.
Bicol police spokesperson Chief Inspector Maria Luisa Calubaquib said the charge was filed before the city prosecutors’ office on Saturday and will be filed in court on Monday.
The younger Faeldon and his five other companions were arrested in a raid of a suspected drug den in Naga City on 14 December. He tested negative for drug use but his companions tested positive.
