A wiz with cheese

on

Almost every kid loves cheese and this could be why cheese spreads are usually a staple in most Filipino households, right along there with peanut butter. Cheese spreads are ideal for breakfast or as snack for school. Kids love cheese spreads not only because of its taste but because it is gooey and tangy to the tastebuds.

Cheez Whiz, the leading brand of cheese spread in the country, understands what moms want in their kids’ sandwich and how important it is for them to make a nutritious sandwich that their kids will enjoy. And because the brand listens, it recently introduced a milder and milkier tasting cheese spread called Cheez Whiz Mild.

“Mondelez Philippines, the maker of Cheez Whiz Mild, aims to be the best snacking company in the country. To do this, we continue to work in providing consumers with exciting flavors and provide new taste experiences to Filipinos. We are always listening to consumers and we have found that Moms and their kids also want to experience a different cheese taste, something milder and tastes milkier. Thus, Cheez Whiz Mild was born,” says Rachelle Virata, Cheez Whiz brand manager.

During the launch, celebrity mom Rica Peralejo-Bonifacio and her son whom she fondly calls, “Philip boss,” graced the event. Philip joined the fun as he bounced and stuck to the wall. He also enjoyed the confetti shower during the launch, as well as playing with Cowcium, the Cheez Whiz mascot.

Rica, a hands-on mom, explained that she likes preparing delicious and nutritious snacks for Philip and admitted that there are also times when she runs out of snack ideas. And she is thankful that whenever that happens, she can always exchange ideas with her mommy friends or check the internet for ideas.

The new Cheez Whiz Milk has that perfect blend of creamy milk and cheese for that milder cheese experience during snack time.
