Hyundai Asia Resources Inc., official distributor of Hyundai vehicles in the Philippines, has just received another accolade from two international organizations.
J.D. Power’s Initial Quality Study has Hyundai PH among the top three brands, jumping from eighth place in the last review. Hyundai has also been named Most Satisfying Popular Brand by the AutoPacific’s 2018 Vehicle Satisfaction Awards.
“We at Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI), Hyundai’s exclusive distribution partner in the Philippines, welcome the release of two recent international survey results that affirm Hyundai’s identity as the Filipino’s lifetime mobility partner,” said Maria Fe Agudo, president and CEO of HARI.
The Hyundai Tucson also received recognition from J.D. Power as the best performing among Hyundai vehicles in the survey. The annual survey measures the number of mechanical problems and issues that new vehicle owners experience during the first 90 days of ownership.
Meanwhile, Hyundai ranked first in the AutoPacific’s survey of 58,000 new vehicle owners covering 40 criteria. The Elantra took the top spot in the compact car category.
“This recognition of our unrivalled product quality comes on the heels of HARI’s blockbuster first quarter of 2018, when we earned three awards for our world-class service. We received awards for excellence in Commercial Vehicles, Passenger Car sales and Customer Satisfaction in After Sales,” Agudo added.
