DoubleDragon 9-month revenue nearly doubles to P20.78B
DoubleDragon Corp. has reported a 98.76 percent increase in consolidated revenues to P20.78 billion in the first nine months of 2026, as the property and investment holding company accelerated its shift toward recurring and core operating income.
The company also recorded a more than sixfold increase in third-quarter net income to P1.13 billion from P183.67 million in the same period last year.
DoubleDragon’s total assets reached P256.82 billion as of 30 September 2026, up P31.56 billion from P225.26 billion at the end of 2025. Total equity also increased by P5.41 billion to P107.02 billion over the same period.
The company said its core revenues for the first nine months grew 143.65 percent year on year, also reaching P20.78 billion.
Further growth in core revenues
DoubleDragon expects further growth in core revenues in the second half of 2026, supported by income from its leasing portfolio, new mall openings, warehouses, office tenants and MerryMart supermarkets, alongside anticipated Hotel101 unit sales in the Philippines and overseas markets.
The company is pursuing an international expansion strategy through Hotel101, which follows a standardized hospitality model. Its long-term vision is to develop one million rooms across more than 100 countries and establish the brand as a global hotel chain.
Access to US capital markets
DoubleDragon also cited capital-raising initiatives, including access to US capital markets through its subsidiary listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market, as part of efforts to strengthen its balance sheet and support its expansion plans.
The company said it remains committed to developing Filipino business models for international markets rather than simply bringing foreign brands into the country.
With its growing operating revenues and international expansion plans, DoubleDragon expects to reach its P500-billion total core revenue target ahead of its 2035 goal.
