Jollibee Group earns PMAP recognition in excellence

Jollibee Group has been named one of four recipients of the Multi-Year Excellence Award from the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), recognizing its sustained achievements in people management.

The recognition was presented during the 50th PMAP Awards Night on 22 October at the Marriott Grand Ballroom in Pasay City, as part of the association’s 63rd annual conference.

The Multi-Year Excellence Award, one of the special Golden Jubilee honors marking PMAP’s 50-year awards history, recognizes organizations that have received at least three PMAP awards.

Jollibee Group’s recognition builds on three previous distinctions: Jollibee Foods Corp.’s Employer of the Year awards in 1998 and 2024, and Global Chief Human Resources Officer Arsenio Sabado’s People Manager of the Year award in 2024.

“Being recognized for our people management practices over the years is especially meaningful because it reflects the dedication and contributions of the people who have shaped Jollibee Group into what it is today,” said Ernesto Tanmantiong, the group’s global president and chief executive officer.

“As we continue to grow and pursue our ambitions, we remain committed to building a workplace where our people can make a meaningful impact, realize their full potential, and find opportunities to grow alongside the company,” he added.
