Eaton expands power solutions network
Global power management company Eaton has appointed AWS Distribution Phils. Corp., DataShield OEM Solutions Inc. and Touchcore Solutions Inc. as Tier 1 Solution Partners in the Philippines to expand access to power protection and IT infrastructure solutions.
The partnerships aim to support growing demand for reliable power systems across data centers, telecommunications facilities, offices, server rooms and edge computing sites as businesses accelerate digitalization.
Under the agreement, the three companies will provide specialized solutions covering uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, micro data centers and physical IT infrastructure.
AWS Distribution will focus on single-phase and three-phase UPS systems ranging from 1 kilovolt-ampere (kVA) to 200 kVA, with opportunities to collaborate on larger projects.
DataShield will distribute Eaton’s micro data center solutions, targeting organizations such as provincial hospitals and regional offices that require compact IT infrastructure without building conventional data centers.
Meanwhile, Touchcore will provide IT racks and rack power distribution units, combining Eaton’s products with its local engineering capabilities to support data center development.
Eaton Philippines country manager Pamela Albar said the expansion would help businesses meet increasingly complex infrastructure requirements.
“The Philippines has a real opportunity to build on the momentum in digital infrastructure, but it is important that the infrastructure being put in place today can keep up with what comes next. Power is a big part of that, especially with businesses deploying more digital services and more demanding IT environments. That is where our partners play a critical role,” Albar said.
The company said the partnerships would also provide resellers with technical expertise, solution development resources and market support to serve customers nationwide.
Founded in 1911, Eaton operates in 180 countries and reported $27.4 billion in revenue in 2025.
