NLEX preps operations, frontline staff for 'Undas' exodus
Expressway operator NLEX Corp. briefed frontline personnel on traffic management and motorist assistance operational plans Monday ahead of the expected surge of travelers for the annual "Undas" observance.
NLEX Corp. president and general manager Luis S. Renon led the briefing alongside heads of the company's Operations Division, presenting deployment strategies to toll collectors, traffic patrol officers, and emergency response teams.
The operational briefing detailed traffic management protocols along major tollways, expanded radio-frequency identification installation and reloading services, and strategic personnel deployment across high-volume interchanges.
Management officials stressed full organizational support for frontline staff tasked with handling the heavy traffic volume as millions of motorists travel to provinces across Northern and Central Luzon for All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.
