Pulong Duterte files libel complaints vs. Matibag, others

Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo “Pulong” Duterte files libel and cyberlibel complaints against NBI Director Melvin Matibag, former police officer Rodulfo Gracioso Jr. and several media personalities at the Davao City Hall of Justice.

The complaints come weeks after Gracioso accused Duterte of receiving P100 million in suitcases from former House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco.
