Yes My Love puts romance front and center for debut album
The album explores different sides of romance through a mix of original songs and fresh takes on OPM favorites.
P-pop boy group Yes My Love is embracing love in all its forms with the release of its first full-length album, Mahal Kita Kasi….
The eight-track record marks a milestone for members Niko, Joshua, Jeff, Brian and RZ, who officially introduced the album to fans during a launch event at SM City Dasmariñas, where supporters gathered to celebrate the group’s latest achievement.
“Iba ang saya ang nabigay niyo sa amin dahil sumabay kayo sa aming kakulitan at pag-awit (You brought us a unique kind of joy by joining in on our playfulness and singing),” the group said.
The album explores different sides of romance through a mix of original songs and fresh takes on OPM favorites. Its tracklist includes Wag Kang Lalayo, Mahal Kita Kasi, Hibang, Bawal, Simpleng Tao, Don Romantiko, Kasama Kang Tumanda and Dial. The project was produced by Jeremy G.
The release comes just months after the group’s PULSO: The First Concert at the SM City North EDSA Skydome and the succeeding PULSO: Roadshow, which brought their music to audiences in different locations.
Dubbed the “Vocal Heartstoppers of P-pop,” Yes My Love first gained attention through its pre-debut cover of “Gusto Ko Nang Bumitaw.” The group officially debuted in 2023 with Rhythm, followed by its first EP, You, Me, & Love, in 2024, featuring the tracks “Laging Naroon Ka” and “Gisinging Ang Puso.”
Mahal Kita Kasi… is now available on major music streaming platforms.
