Epson simplifies Adobe Express workflow
Epson has introduced a new Adobe Express add-on that allows businesses and print professionals to send designs directly to its printing software, eliminating the need to manually export and upload files.
Called Epson Print, the extension connects Adobe Express with Epson Print Automate, streamlining the process from digital design to print production.
Previously, users had to download their designs from Adobe Express before uploading them separately to Epson Print Automate. The new integration removes those intermediate steps, allowing users to launch the printing application directly from Adobe Express.
The company said the integration is intended to reduce file handling and improve productivity, particularly for businesses producing marketing materials, retail signage and photographs.
“Businesses today expect creative and production tools to work together seamlessly,” said Hattori Tai, regional director of commercial and industrial inkjet products at Epson Southeast Asia.
“With the new Epson Print add-on for Adobe Express, we’re making it easier for users to move from idea to finished print with greater efficiency,” Tai added.
The add-on is available in 11 languages and works with Epson Print Automate Version 4.1, which manages print-ready output for selected SureColor printers.
At launch, the extension supports seven models: SureColor P5330, P7330, P7530, P9300, P6530E, P8530D and P9530.
