DEBT-FREE QC EYES MAJOR HEALTH CARE EXPANSION

Belmonte reported that all city health facilities are registered under PhilHealth's Yaman ng Kalusugan Program (YAKAP). She also announced plans to establish sundown clinics offering HIV testing across all six districts, complete the rehabilitation of 28 health centers and finish a new Quezon City General Hospital annex by 2027.
