Hong Kong's fascinating blend of culture, entertainment, culinary discoveries, and modern attractions takes center stage as the award-winning lifestyle and travel program I Heart PH returns for its 11th season on GTV beginning October 25, 2026.

Hosted by Valerie Tan, the television program renews its partnership with the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) to introduce Filipino audiences to a different side of one of Asia's most popular travel destinations.

The upcoming season promises an exciting journey beyond the usual tourist attractions, highlighting Hong Kong's rich heritage, creative communities, unique dining experiences, and world-class entertainment.

During the show's media launch at Winford Resort Manila on October 15, Chian Jia Liew, Regional Director for Southeast Asia of the Hong Kong Tourism Board, expressed enthusiasm over the renewed collaboration.

“We are delighted to partner with I Heart PH once again to showcase the many experiences that can be found Only in Hong Kong,” Liew said.

“Hong Kong is a city where you can experience dynamic contrast of East and West, heritage and innovation, vibrant city life and stunning nature, all within easy reach. Through this partnership, we hope Filipino travellers will be inspired to discover fresh experiences, hidden gems and unforgettable moments that make every visit to Hong Kong unlike anywhere else.”

Exploring Hong Kong's famous attractions

Among the destinations featured in the new season is the Hong Kong Palace Museum, where visitors can explore impressive collections of Chinese artworks, historical treasures, paintings, ceramics, and artifacts representing centuries of cultural traditions.

The program also visits Madame Tussauds Hong Kong, home to lifelike wax figures of international personalities from entertainment, sports, and popular culture.

Filipino visitors will find familiar faces among the displays, including boxing legend Manny Pacquiao, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, television personality Anne Curtis, and actress Kathryn Bernardo.

Another destination is Ma Wan 1868, a revitalized historic fishing village that combines traditional architecture, artistic spaces, local restaurants, and picturesque coastal scenery.

Opened to the public in March 2025, the attraction offers visitors opportunities to explore heritage landmarks such as Tin Hau Temple while enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding waters and the Tsing Ma Bridge.

Food enthusiasts can also look forward to the Ding Ding Foodie Tour, which combines Hong Kong's culinary traditions with a sightseeing experience aboard the city's iconic double-decker tram.

The guided tour introduces travelers to local neighborhoods, historical landmarks, and authentic flavors while providing an entertaining glimpse into everyday Hong Kong life.

Completing the five major destinations is Hong Kong Disneyland, where visitors can experience themed attractions, live entertainment, beloved Disney characters, and family-friendly adventures.

The popular theme park will also welcome its Christmas celebrations beginning November 20, offering another reason for Filipino families to consider Hong Kong for their holiday vacation.

Discovering Hong Kong's creative side

Beyond its famous tourist destinations, I Heart PH will introduce viewers to local entrepreneurs and creative businesses that reflect Hong Kong's constantly evolving lifestyle scene.

Among those featured is Bakehouse, the popular artisanal bakery founded by pastry chef Grégoire Michaud, who previously served as executive pastry chef at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.

The program will also showcase Kingstone Engraving, which preserves the traditional craftsmanship of personalized hand-carved stamps, transforming ordinary objects into meaningful keepsakes.

For dessert lovers, TeemTonefai offers a colorful introduction to Hong Kong's artisan ice cream and gelato scene, known for its inventive flavors and towering gelato creations.

Another featured establishment is Goods of Desire (G.O.D.), the lifestyle brand founded by designer Douglas Young.

Known for its creative accessories, home decorations, and products inspired by Hong Kong's distinctive culture, G.O.D. celebrates the city's everyday traditions through contemporary design.

Dara is also among the local brands highlighted in the program's special episodes.

Through these features, the show hopes to demonstrate that Hong Kong's appeal extends beyond shopping malls and amusement parks, offering travelers meaningful encounters with local culture and craftsmanship.

Valerie Tan continues to bring Filipino stories to the world

As the face of I Heart PH, Valerie Tan continues the program's mission of sharing inspiring stories and introducing audiences to remarkable destinations, personalities, and lifestyle experiences.

The television host brings a distinctly Filipino perspective to the show's coverage of fashion, beauty, food, travel, and contemporary culture.

With its latest international collaboration, the program aims to encourage more Filipinos to discover Hong Kong through experiences that combine adventure, history, entertainment, and cultural appreciation.
