1K Manila families graduate from 4Ps program

A thousand Manila households formally exited the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) recently after reaching self-sufficiency milestones required to graduate from the national government’s flagship cash transfer initiative.

Manila Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso led the “Pugay Tagumpay” graduation ceremony at the San Andres Sports Complex alongside representatives from the Department of Social Welfare and Development and the Manila Department of Social Welfare.

The graduating beneficiaries represent all six congressional districts of Manila as well as the coastal community of Baseco.
