Tondominium rising
TONDOMINIUM RISING. The Manila City Government’s Tondominium socialized housing project is seen across the Pasig River in this photo taken on 10 October 2026. The condominium-style development aims to provide affordable, safer and more secure homes for qualified low-income families in the city. The project highlights the importance of accessible and adequate housing as the country observes National Shelter Month this October, promoting efforts to address the housing needs of Filipino families.
