Lorina Pepaño recounts son’s killing before Truth Commission
Lorna Carina Pepaño recounts the killing of her son, Christian A. Pepaño, during the Truth Commission’s fourth Public Truth-Telling Session at Pope Pius Catholic Center in Manila, on October 9. Christian was shot dead by unidentified motorcycle-riding assailants while running an errand in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, on May 18, 2020.
