Seemingly baffled by the fact that she shares the same surname as Bea Alonzo (Phylbert Angelli Ranollo in real life), showbiz clown and social media personality Esnyr recently reached out to the actress.

Esnyr, in her Instagram Story, shared snippets of her conversation with Alonzo.

“Siguro panahon na para malaman niyo ang katotohanan (Maybe it’s about time that you know the truth),”

Esnyr initially wrote.

“Waaah, Miss Bea! Your words mean so much po. Ranollo din po pala ako (I’m also a Ranollo). Baka you’re my long lost sister. EME! Love you po,” Esnyr said.

“Hahaha, feeling ko din. Hope to meet you soon,” Alonzo responded.

“I think magpapa-DNA test na,” Esnyr replied.

Alonzo seemingly agreed and said: “Let me know when hahaha.”

Gelli de Belen’s TikTok post creates stir

Veteran actress Gelli de Belen had tongues wagging again on social media as her latest TikTok video seemed to be a blatant dig directed at her bashers.

In the video, de Belen was seen lip-syncing this line: “Tahimik lang ako, pero ang dami niyong sinasabi. Akala mo kilala niyo buong pagkatao ko (I’m just quiet, but you’re saying too much. As if you know my whole being).”

With the timing of the upload, netizens felt it was a blatant attack on her detractors, who collectively bashed her after dipping her fingers into the controversial Patrick Garcia issue against Jennylyn Mercado.

Of course, netizens reacted strongly to de Belen’s post.

“Itsura sa nag kunyawaring okay Pro d pala kaya ang mga tao, paano ba nmn Kasi mali na gagatungan pa, hndi na tama lumlabas sa bibig dag² nang iba unfair parang isip Makasarili (You’re just pretending to be okay, but you can’t beat the people. What do you expect? It’s already wrong, and you fueled it even more. What comes out of other people’s mouths isn’t right. It’s unfair and seems selfish),” one basher wailed.

“Mag-apologize na lang para d’ka na mabash. Wala nman mawawala eh (Just apologize so you won’t get bashed anymore. You won’t lose anything),” another basher said.

‘Sigabo,’ ‘Someone, Someday,’ and ‘Honor Thy Mother’ top major streaming platforms

ABS-CBN, the country’s leading content provider, continues to tell meaningful stories as three of its programs, Coco Martin’s Sigabo, Someone, Someday and Honor Thy Mother, lead the list of top TV shows in the Philippines across the major streaming platforms iWant, Netflix and Prime Video, respectively.

Hit action-romance series Coco Martin’s Sigabo reached the top spot among the most-watched shows on iWant as Coco Martin and Julia Montes level up the kilig moments as fake husband and wife Gabo and Sam, who are slowly developing real feelings for one another.

Someone, Someday, which stars Kathryn Bernardo, James Reid and Maja Salvador, claimed the number one spot on Netflix Philippines after Kathryn’s showstopping scene earned praise from viewers, where her character Billy fiercely confronted her mortal enemy Bea (Maja) following the latter’s life-threatening attack on her family.

GMA Network and ABS-CBN’s collaboration for the family drama Honor Thy Mother is the top show on Prime Video Philippines as lead stars Sharon Cuneta and Barbie Forteza captivate audiences with their acting prowess as a mother and daughter who are in the process of reconciliation.

Stream new episodes of Coco Martin’s Sigabo on iWant, Someone, Someday on Netflix, which offers new episodes 72 hours in advance, while Honor Thy Mother drops new episodes every Friday on Prime Video Philippines and in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
