Regional most wanted nabbed in Batangas City

BATANGAS — Police arrested a regional most wanted person facing multiple estafa and securities-related cases in Batangas City on Tuesday night.

The suspect, ranked No. 10 on the Police Regional Office 4A most wanted list, was arrested at around 8:25 p.m. on 6 October in Purok 7, Barangay Sta. Rita Karsada.

Joint operatives of the Regional Intelligence Division, Batangas police intelligence personnel and San Pascual police carried out the operation based on multiple warrants issued by courts in Dasmariñas, Santa Rosa, Calamba, Pasay, Batangas City and Quezon City.

The cases include estafa, syndicated estafa and alleged violations of the Securities Regulation Code and other laws.

Several of the warrants carry no recommended bail, while others have varying bail amounts.

The suspect was set to be turned over to the San Pascual Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
