Tookitaki names Isabel Ridad CEO
Singapore-based financial crime technology company Tookitaki has appointed Isabel Ridad as chief executive officer as founder Abhishek Chatterjee moves to the role of executive chairman and chair of the board.
Ridad, currently president of Tookitaki, will take full responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations, including growth, commercial operations, finance and legal.
Chatterjee will focus on the company’s overall direction, artificial intelligence strategy, board management and key relationships with clients and regulators.
Tookitaki said the leadership changes are intended to support its next phase of expansion across Asia Pacific and other markets.
The company works with banks and fintech firms on anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and customer risk management through its Anti-Financial Crime Ecosystem and AI-native FinCense platform.
Tookitaki said its systems currently monitor more than 100 billion transactions and 200 million customer accounts.
“My priority will be disciplined execution: serving our customers, supporting our teams and scaling the business,” Ridad said.
