The truths about Bea Alonzo-Vincent Co's cancelled wedding
It has been months since the showbiz world went gaga over unverified rumors surrounding the cancellation of Bea Alonzo's wedding to then billionaire boyfriend Vincent Co whom she later exchanged "I do's" with in a private civil wedding.
The surrounding controversy relies mostly on the unverified pre-nup details, which sparked and added fuel to the fire.
One rumor, which surfaced was that the couple were to stay in the Co's mansion after the wedding.
That was ridiculous as Vincent already had a pad of his own and has been living independently for years now.
Another ridiculous stipulation in the prenup is Bea is to give up custody of her children should they separate.
There was no such thing as that as prenups cannot supercede the Family Code stipulations.
When Bea's manager, Shirley Kuan, came yakking a day after her resignation was made public, she made mention of the enormity of plane ticket price going to Spain where she even mentioned preferring a stopover destination to avoid the Middle East war, then.
How funny that she was complaining about the pricey plane ticket when she didn't spend a single peso for her plane ticket because it was sponsored.
Clearly, Kuan conveniently forgot that her plane tickets were free.
Now, the Cos are living together in a palatial condo in Rockwell where they all have the entire floor for themselves.
Alonzo is said to be influencing her husband not to be coy with the presence of the entertainment press.
In a recent media huddle for his grocery chain, Co was seen sprinting away when he noticed there were members of the entertainment media around.
Michael Sager to replace Mavy Legaspi in 'Pinoy Big Brother’
With his lackluster performance as host in last year's Pinoy Big Brother Collab 2.0, Mavy Legaspi is rumored to have been booted out of the popular reality show.
In a teaser for Pinoy Big Brother 3.0 read: "May bago tayong kasama," it suggested a new host with MS as initials will be introduced, joining OG collab hosts Bianca Gonzalez-Intal, Robi Domingo, Gabbi Garcia, Enchong Dee and Alexa Ilacad.
Netizens were quick to guess that MS refers to Michael Sager.
With this, a lot of fans welcomed Sager to the show to premiere this month.
"FINALLY! They granted it, so that's good enough. Let's go with someone who truly has talent in hosting."
"At least they know how to listen to feedback."
"Well, I hope Mavy is really gone since he didn't contribute anything anyway."
"Good thing you upgraded. Michael Sager, good choice, he's got some charm, huh."
Legaspi, netizens think, reacted on the report of his exit from Pinoy Big Brother as he posted this on his IG Story: "I COULD CARE LESS."
