QC Cocktail Jamboree brings Indonesian mixology

Quezon City’s nightlife scene will showcase an international flavor this weekend as the inaugural QC Cocktail Jamboree: Jakarta Edition pairs eight leading Jakarta bars with local establishments across the Tomas Morato Lifestyle District starting Friday.

The three-day festival, running through 4 October, features guest bartending shifts, specially curated menus, and collaborative mixology sessions organized by local bar owners in partnership with the Quezon City Tourism Department.

Participating venues are located within a two-kilometer radius in the Scout-Timog-Tomas Morato area, with nightly guest shifts scheduled from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

The Philippine host venues include After Hours, 2B, Bar Flora, ReCraft, Ruby’s Lounge, Old Times, Wrong Door, and A.K.A. (Also Known As).

The visiting Indonesian lineup features establishments recognized on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list, including The Cosmo Pony, The Golden Tooth, Dualism, Between The Sips, HATS, Osmo, Modernhaus and the St. Regis Bar.

The guest roster opens Friday night with The Cosmo Pony takeover at Bar Flora, The Golden Tooth at Old Times, Dualism at Wrong Door, and Between The Sips at After Hours.
