A sweeter way to celebrate Mid-Autumn

There are traditions that remain familiar even as the years change. The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of them, with mooncakes continuing to find their way to family tables and into beautifully wrapped gifts shared with friends and loved ones.

At Okada Manila, the classic mooncake takes on a contemporary expression through Mid-Autumn Confections, a collection that retains the beloved shape while exploring the versatility of premium chocolate.

Each piece is crafted with a fine chocolate shell and a carefully layered center, offering familiar dessert notes alongside more unexpected combinations. The collection brings together seven flavors, each with its own character.

Tiramisu offers the richness of coffee and cream, while Citrus brings a bright, delicate freshness. Pistachio Kataifi combines roasted pistachio with a subtle crisp texture, while Hazelnut delivers a smooth, toasted nuttiness. Salted Caramel balances buttery sweetness with sea salt, and 64% Dark Chocolate offers a deeper cocoa finish.

Completing the selection is Sesame with White Lotus, a gentle pairing of roasted sesame and lotus that pays tribute to the flavors long associated with Mid-Autumn celebrations.

The collection reflects the precision of Okada Manila’s pastry team, from the tempered chocolate shell to the carefully developed fillings. Presented in an elegant gift box, the confections are made for sharing, gifting or simply enjoying at one's own pace.

Advance reservations were made available until 23 August 2026, with pickup from 24 August to 7 October 2026 at the Pastry Shop and Red Spice. Newly signed-up Reward Circle members receive an exclusive 10 percent discount, while guests and partner groups purchasing 10 boxes or more also receive 10 percent off.

The Mid-Autumn season at Okada Manila extends beyond its confectionery offerings. Guests can discover festival-inspired installations, hotel stays, spa experiences and family activities throughout the resort.

Select VIP guests can also look forward to an exclusive Mid-Autumn concert featuring K-pop star SUNMI, with a special performance by The Voice of the Philippines champion Mitoy Yonting and The Draybers.
