P95k worth ‘shabu’ seized from suspected pusher in Cam. Norte

NAGA CITY – Some P95,000 worth suspected “shabu” (methamphetamine hydrochloride) was confiscated from an alleged drug pusher in a buy-bust operation in Paracale town in Camarines Norte province, police said.

In a report, the Paracale police said “Joan,” 39 and a gold panner, was arrested in Barangay Tugos, Paracale at around 3:56 p.m. on Friday, 25 September.

Seized from the suspect were four heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspect “shabu” weighing 14.1 grams and worth P95,268.

The suspect is being held at the Paracale police station jail while a charge for violation of Republic Act No. 9165 or the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” is being prepared against her.
