Most wanted fugitive collared in Muntinlupa

The Southern Police District (SPD) continues to strengthen its efforts to locate and apprehend wanted persons, resulting in the successful arrest of the number one station-level top ten most wanted person of the Muntinlupa City Police Station.

At approximately 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, personnel of the warrant and subpoena unit of Muntinlupa City Police Station served a warrant of arrest against alias Daboy at San Francisco Street, Barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa City.

Alias Daboy, 18, was apprehended by the warrant and subpoena unit personnel during the operation.

The accused has a standing warrant of arrest for murder under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code, issued by the Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 203, with no bail recommended.

The operation was carried out by the Muntinlupa City Police Station warrant and subpoena unit through coordinated police action and in accordance with established operational procedures.

The accused was subsequently brought to the custodial facility of Muntinlupa City Police Station, where he will be temporarily detained pending the return of the warrant of arrest to the issuing court.
