PRC: 10 schools post 100% PMLE passing rate

Ten schools recorded a 100.00% passing rate in the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examination (PMLE), according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, 23 September.

The schools were Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU), with all 89 examinees passing; University of Santo Tomas–Legazpi, Inc. (for Aquinas University), 75; Bicol University–Daraga, 67; Cebu Institute of Technology–University, 59; Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology–Cabanatuan, 59; Southern Luzon State University–Lucban (SLPC), 58; National University Dasmariñas, 57; University of the Philippines–Visayas Tacloban City, 57; Cebu Normal University (Cebu State College), 56; and Mariano Marcos State University–Batac, with all examinees passing.

14,146 of 15,423 examinees passed the PMLE, for an overall passing rate of 91.72%.

The PMLE was originally scheduled for 19–20 August 2026 but was moved to 1–2 September due to continuous heavy rainfall associated with the southwest monsoon, or Habagat.

The Pampanga leg, initially set for 1–2 September, was later rescheduled to 17–18 September because of inclement weather and widespread flooding across Central Luzon.

The examination was administered at PRC testing centers in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.
