Golden boy: Carlos Yulo delivers PH's first Asiad gold

As the gloomy weather blankets the Philippines on a Thursday afternoon, Two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo cemented his state as the nation's golden boy after delivering its first gold medal in the 2026 Asian Games.

Yulo outclassed his competitors after tallying 14.666 points in the men’s floor exercise at the Rainbow Hall of the Nagoya City General Gymnasium.
