FILRT celebrates continued sustainability excellence at the Stevie® Awards

Filinvest REIT Corp. (FILRT) has earned its third consecutive Gold Stevie® Award under the Sustainability Product of the Year in Asia, Australia and New Zealand category at the 2026 Stevie International Business Awards.

The Stevie® International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program, open to all individuals and organizations worldwide.

The 2026 IBAs received more than 3,400 nominations submitted across 82 nations and territories, covering categories such as Company of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best New Product or Service, Startup of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others.

The latest recognition extends FILRT’s winning record at the international awards program, following Gold Stevie Awards in 2024 and 2025, and a Bronze Stevie Award for Sustainability Leadership in 2023.
