LPA MAY DEVELOP INTO TROPICAL DEPRESSION

A low-pressure area outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility now has a high chance of developing into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours, PAGASA said Monday morning.

As of 8 a.m., the LPA was located 1,760 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas and was moving north-northwestward at 15 kilometers per hour.

PAGASA continues to monitor the weather disturbance and advises the public to stay updated on succeeding weather bulletins.
