Fazpass gets 8x8 nod

8x8 has named Fazpass its 2026 Reseller Partner of the Year for Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), recognizing a six-year partnership focused on authentication and omnichannel customer engagement across Southeast Asia.

The partnership has supported more than 50 enterprise brands, including IKEA, inDrive, Fore Coffee, TransJakarta, Paxel and UBS Gold.

Fazpass combines its regional expertise with 8x8’s CPaaS infrastructure to provide authentication through WhatsApp, SMS and other verification channels. The partnership also supports transactional notifications and omnichannel customer engagement.

The recognition was given as part of the annual 8x8 Partner Awards, which consider revenue growth, new customer acquisition and year-on-year performance across the company’s global partner network.
