SPD nets 60 most wanted fugitives in one week

The Southern Police District (SPD) has apprehended 60 most wanted persons in a week-long manhunt operation across its area of responsibility from 14 September to 20 September.

Of the total arrests, 4 were top 10 most wanted persons, 11 were most wanted persons, and 45 were other wanted persons.

The arrests were the result of sustained manhunt operations conducted by SPD units and police stations, targeting individuals with standing warrants of arrest and ensuring their apprehension through lawful police procedures.

SPD personnel were directed to maintain focused and proactive manhunt operations, strengthen information gathering and coordination, and ensure the proper implementation of warrants of arrest.
