Bulacan PNP boosts community ties, child safety in twin initiatives

MALOLOS CITY, Bulacan — The Bulacan Police Provincial Office (Bulacan PPO) has stepped up community engagement and child protection efforts over the weekend, advancing the public safety agenda of Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).

In Pandi town on September 18, eleven former members of the group KADAMAY voluntarily withdrew their affiliation through a mass clearing activity led by the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company.

Records show they joined in 2017 and had ceased active involvement in 2019. They underwent official processing and were provided with assistance to support their reintegration into the community.

Separately, the Bulacan PPO joined the “Safe Home, Strong Families” seminar in Malolos City on September 19. The session equipped parents with key information on anti-bullying measures, child protection protocols, and the Juvenile Justice and Welfare Act — aimed at strengthening family safeguards and protecting children from harm.

Acting Provincial Director PCol. Jay B. Baybayan said the Bulacan PPO continues to build closer coordination with families, schools, barangays, and local partners to ensure a safer, more secure environment for everyone.

He added that the activities form part of PRO3’s broader drive to foster safer, more peaceful communities across Central Luzon.
