Austin Dizon turns self-doubt into winning strength at Century Tuna Superbods 2026
For Century Tuna Superbods 2026 Grand Winner Austin Dizon, his victory was more than a celebration of fitness and physique. It represented a personal comeback after a period when his confidence was at its lowest.
During the competition’s question-and-answer segment, Dizon was asked to identify a specific doubt he once struggled with before reaching where he is today. His response centered on one of his biggest personal battles—learning to believe in himself again.
“One specific doubt that I overcame was not believing in myself. I lost confidence last year. I was at my lowest,” Dizon shared.
Rather than allowing that difficult period to define him, he said he found the determination to rebuild himself and move forward.
“I overcame this, and I bounced back because I believe in myself,” he continued.
Dizon also emphasized that transformation does not always happen through dramatic changes. For him, even the smallest progress matters.
“Even if you grow 1% better, I know you will improve,” he said.
His message gave another dimension to the Superbods competition, shifting the spotlight from physical transformation to the inner work that often comes with it. Confidence, resilience and the willingness to keep improving became central to his winning moment.
“And that’s why I’m here, Superbod Austin, to inspire and encourage everyone,” he concluded.
Dizon eventually emerged as one of the two Grand Winners of Century Tuna Superbods 2026, sharing top honors with female Grand Winner Vienne Luna.
For Austin, the trophy now stands as a reminder of just how far he has come—from questioning himself to standing onstage as a champion, with his own journey serving as his message to others.
