ACMobility wins five international HR honors

ACMobility has received five citations from two international awards programs for its employee programs and human resources management.

The Ayala Group’s mobility company secured three honors at the 2026 HR Excellence Awards and two silver citations at the 11th Stevie Awards for Great Employers. It was the second consecutive year that ACMobility won awards from both programs.

The company received a gold citation for Excellence in HR Management and a bronze citation for Excellence in Total Rewards at the HR Excellence Awards. Chief People Officer Ariane Nava also earned a silver citation as HR Leader of the Year.

ACMobility’s senior executives secured the company’s two honors at the Stevie Awards. Chief executive officer Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala was named People-Focused CEO of the Year, while Nava received the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year award.

The Stevie Awards received around 1,000 nominations from 38 countries this year. Winners will be honored on 28 October at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse in Paris, France.

Nava credited the recognition to ACMobility employees and the company’s efforts to provide a workplace where staff members receive support and opportunities to grow.

“We’re proud to be recognized alongside the industry’s best, and even prouder of the whole team who makes this possible,” Nava said.

The latest honors follow two workplace certifications that ACMobility received earlier this year. The company secured the Top Employer 2026 certification from the Top Employers Institute and another certification from Great Place to Work Philippines.
