Jennie opens new chapter of self-discovery

Jennie is giving fans a closer look at the woman behind the superstar image with the release of her latest digital EP, Fallen Angel.

The three-song project brings together the title track “Fallen Angel,” “Heaven,” and “Less than a Lover,” with each song offering a distinct perspective on the Blackpink member’s artistry and personal world. Through the new release, Jennie steps beyond the polished image associated with her global career and explores a more vulnerable, self-reflective side of herself.

The EP’s centerpiece, “Fallen Angel,” is accompanied by an official music video that further explores the themes behind the project. The visual follows Jennie as she confronts the expectations surrounding her, comes to terms with her identity, and ultimately finds liberation in embracing who she is.

For fans who want to own the complete project, a physical CD edition of Fallen Angel will include three songs not available on the digital EP: “sweettooth,” “lockitdown” and “Face.”

The new release comes after a busy summer for Jennie, who performed at major international festivals including Governors Ball, Lollapalooza and Mad Cool Festival. Her festival appearances add to a series of milestones that have continued to strengthen her presence as a solo artist.

Jennie’s solo momentum follows the release of her debut studio album, Ruby, last year. She also landed a Top 10 entry on the Billboard Hot 100 with Tame Impala for “Dracula (with Jennie),” further expanding her reach beyond the K-pop scene.
