Finestra, the signature Italian restaurant at Solaire Resort Entertainment City, is set to host an exclusive six-course wine pairing dinner on 12 September, celebrating the acclaimed vintages of Tuscany’s renowned Castello Banfi winery.

Set against the sweeping views of Manila Bay, this one-night-only event represents a culinary collaboration between Finestra’s Chef Andrea Spagoni and Beverage Director Daniel Blais. The menu has been meticulously designed to highlight the rich terroir of the Banfi estate, seamlessly marrying contemporary Italian gastronomy with some of the region’s most celebrated wines.

The evening’s culinary journey features a curated selection of pairings, beginning with delicate canapés alongside the crisp Pinot Grigio “Le Rime,” followed by smoked Hokkaido scallop. Highlights of the six-course menu include handcrafted Tortello Versiliese and an herb-roasted Chilean seabass, expertly matched with the distinguished Brunello di Montalcino 2019. The main course, a pan-fried US beef tenderloin, will be complemented by the bold, complex notes of the Summus “Super Tuscan” 2018.

To further elevate the dining experience, Solaire Rewards members can avail themselves of up to a 20 percent discount on the event. Additionally, guests who register for a Solaire Rewards membership for the first time will receive a 30 percent discount on their initial dining bill.

Due to the intimate nature of the event, seating is highly limited. For reservations and inquiries, please contact Solaire Resort Entertainment City directly.
