Bea Alonzo's manager resigns

Shirley Kuan, Bea Alonzo's manager, has tendered her resignation last week.

Kuan's resignation came more than a month after Alonzo's civil wedding to billionaire businessman Vincent Co last 13 July.

In a recent interview, Kuan claimed she had no knowledge of Alonzo’s civil wedding.

“Wala akong alam. Laging wala akong alam, ’di ba? What I know is what everybody knows,” she said in an ambush interview.

Alonzo’s interim manager is Chris Cahilig, an accomplished public relations practitioner, consultant and film festival executive.

The civil wedding of Bea Alonzo and Vincent Co was held privately in Makati on 13 July, with Makati Mayor Nancy Binay officiating.
